Hi! My name is Tessa. I was adopted from the Philippines as a baby and grew up in the US. I live in the Midwest with my husband and son.

I speak English, French, and Spanish. I’m certified to teach the last two. When I’m inspired, you will probably find me in the kitchen whippin’ up a meal or in my office working on my latest creative project. I like to recharge by reading, roller skating, singing, playing guitar, taking care of my plants, and spending time with my family.

My intent is to humble myself by publicly sharing my thoughts, feelings, and creations. My hope is that my vulnerability will inspire you to be honest and authentic with those around you. If you find yourself in a piece of my writing, please let me know. I’d love to hear from you.
